If you expect to arrive after 23:00 please notify the property prior to arrival. This can be noted in the Special Request box when making your booking.
The property operates a meet and greet check-in policy, so please inform the property of your expected arrival time at least 24-hours prior to arrival. For same day bookings, please inform the property at least 2 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do this may mean having to wait to gain access while a member of staff travels to meet you.
A security deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please inform South Kensington & Chelsea Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. 2.夠了，我真的不是媽寶！
不管妳是否認同「媽寶」為平價訂房貶意，與問題本身無關的任何形容詞在爭吵中出現，都很容易變成一種人身攻擊。我們可以有不同的立場，但不能有偏見，即使再生氣，我們都要避免這種無意義卻傷感情的局面產生，要知道事後才修補總是比較困難的。
3.妳們一直叫我解決問題，但我根本不覺得這是問題啊！
這種想法差異與每個人的個性、地雷點大小有關，「婆媳問題」將會是壓跨駱駝最後一根稻草，夫妻原本因個性差異造成的生活摩擦可能更嚴重，建議加強夫妻的雙向溝通，從根本改善問題。
4.搞清楚，妳們誰對誰錯，不是由我來決定好嗎......
就算男人願意判定老婆與老媽的對錯，兩個女人沒有聽到想要的答案，也不會真正心服的。這種方式只是讓雙方暫時休兵，又再度埋下新的的爭端，「婆媳問題」只會如滾雪球般越滾越大。只要我們能更快速的解決婆媳問題，不要變成無止盡的冷戰，其實真的不需要太在意真正的對錯。
5.我為什麼一定要選邊站？我就不想啊！
面對「婆媳問題」，女人更在意的是老公的態度，男人反而比較傾向用個案處理的方式解決事情。事實上，完全而真正解決「婆媳問題」幾乎不可能，我們要做的應該是，在不觸及任何人底線的情況下，維持該有的相互尊重。
